Sherwood Law Associates (SLA) is a boutique law firm based in Midtown Manhattan that offers large firm capabilities and small firm responsiveness. SLA was established by Stanley G. Sherwood who has served multinational businesses for more than twenty years. Until early 2000, he was an International Tax and Legal Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York. In 2002 he was listed in Euromoney's Guide to the World's Leading Transfer Pricing Advisors, in 2003 he is named in Euromoney's Guide to the World's Leading Tax Advisors, and in 2001he was listed in the Mondaq.com Guide to the World's Leading Tax Lawyers.
